We hired Paul and Susan to build us a brand new home. This involved knocking down our old home and building an entire new house from the ground up. We first met with Paul and Susan two years before we made the decision to rebuild completely. We were torn between a new build versus remodeling and adding-on. During those two years we saw their work on multiple projects and loved everything they did. When we were ready to move forward, it was an easy decision to hire the Kadilaks. They make a great team! The project went quickly which was very important to us. We were living with relatives part of the time and in an RV the other part. So making sure that our home was built on schedule without sacrificing quality was a main priority for us. We were not looking for a “cookie cutter” house. The Kadilaks delivered it all! We met frequently with Paul and Susan to go over everything step by step. There was never a lull in progress. The contractors worked day and night, weekends, you name it. During the building process Susan and Paul were always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. Paul always kept us informed of the progress with lots of pictures and videos! Susan was always one step ahead with the design. She knew what our style was and what we were looking for; which was key, because there were so many decisions to be made. Last, but certainly not least, they helped us stay on BUDGET while delivering our beautiful dream home! We can’t begin to count how many compliments we receive from everyone who visits our house. Paul and Susan made what could have been a very stressful time into an exciting endeavor. We are loving everyday in our new home!

We hired Susan and Paul to renovate two bathrooms in our house. We needed someone to guide us through the design process and handle the day to day of managing the project. After our initial meeting I felt confident they were the right fit for us. They were extremely responsive throughout the entire process no matter how big or small the issue or questions were. Two days before demo was about to begin we thought we had a problem with the bathroom they weren't touching. A few hours later they were at our house on a Friday night looking into the issue. Paul and Susan have the knowledge, team, and experience to get any job done. We are extremely happy with the finished product and hope to have them come back for future work!
