We found Melissa when we were just looking at houses, our house was not even in the market yet but we had the idea of wanting another house. It was a great coincidence because Melissa is not only friendly but she is also super helpful and funny along the whole process. Thank you so much for working with us for 4 long months!

Melissa Conlon absolutely KILLED my move. Honestly, moving is terrible and without the right agent 0/10 do not recommend. Melissa was easy to get in touch with and communicate with throughout the process, she was honest with me and very transparent about the process, and she was really cool and easy to get along with. For example, there was a home I liked that was flipped and she explained the process start to finish and without her I may have made an offer on a home that was covered up with bandaids. She was honest about the range I should be looking and what to expect. When I started looking in RI, I thought I would need a new agent but I learned she was licensed in RI and willing to drive over an hour for me. She referred an awesome closing attorney for me. She fought for me and advocated for me up until the end when anything came up. I usually had my dad by my side for this stuff and he passed away in April 2020 from Covid. I was petrified to do this without him. Thanks to Melissa, I made it!!! At my close, she had a custom doormat made for me with my last name, as if everything else wasn't enough. 10/10 recommend Melissa and her team.

Melissa was great, not only did I just relocate from the other side of the country, but was also on a major time crunch! But she was there to answer any questions (and trust me there were alot) and got me into an amazing home!
