Couldn't have asked for a better experience after finding water in my basement. Steve responded promptly and scheduled a visit. He suggested that we install a sump pump and basin. We scheduled the work to be done the following week. They arrived on time and his crew worked fast and clean.

It’s been about a year and several rain storms and high ground water events since Steve and his crew worked in our basement. Our basement had flowing water during heavy rains and areas where water seeped through the cracked concrete and pooled. Real dry Jack hammered and installed new French drain sections as well as uncovered and replaced sections of the existing french drain that didn’t even connect to the main section. Their work has stood up to the tests and our basement is actually usable now! He stayed within his quote, his crew was polite and respectful, and they left the site looking tidier than they found it. Would highly recommend this company!
