Realize Services

Realize Services is a roofing outfit whose website describes three core services and one experienced crew, and claims 20+ years of Connecticut roofing experience. A 2025 customer said Realize Services did a roof for them in Bridgeport, finished the job on time and communicated well. A 2025 reviewer wrote that the crew finished the entire roofing job in just one day. A 2026 customer said this was the third roof the company had replaced for them over the years, as they moved several times. Some of the work is detective work. A 2025 customer in a rental house said several roofers could not find the source of a persistent roof leak, and the owner inspected the roof and identified it, then offered a fair price for the repair. A 2025 reviewer said a leak came back after another company's repairs; they called Evair to diagnose it, hired him for the repairs, and almost 8 months later had no leaks. A 2025 customer said they did the roof 2 years earlier, and when a branch damaged a small section almost a year later, they came by the next day and repaired it at no charge. The work runs past shingles. A 2025 customer said the company installed their siding and repaired their roofing. A 2024 customer said the Realize team removed the old roof and installed new gutters and new roofing, after a great price compared with three other contractors. A 2025 reviewer living in a condo in Naugatuck said the crew had to replace the entire condo roofing and gutters. A 2025 customer who hired them for a roof and gutter job named Ivair as the owner and said his crew met the time agreed upon to complete the job. Landlords lean on them too. A 2025 reviewer, a long-time landlord with many properties in Milford, Connecticut, said Realize Services had been the go-to provider for roofing and siding problems for over ten years. A 2025 reviewer who manages 54 residential buildings in New Haven said they used Realize for all repairs and new roofs. A 2026 customer said Ivair came as soon as he could to help clear a lot of snow from their roof.
