I met Panagiotis Konstantinidis aka Peter April 28,2026 I ordered a New A.... Bay window. Peter measures my window. Peter confirms A... Can get the bay and quotes me a price. May 13 Peter comes for deposit and remeasures promising the new bay will be the same. We discussed that he would replace the existing copper hood on my old bay window if necessary. July 11. After ripping out my 40 year old bay window Peter inserts a huge Bay in the wall opening. The projection is about three times what I had. NOT what I ordered or WANTED. Not supported, no copper hood. He said not necessary. After I wrote a negative review he offered supports and a roof at no cost. The manufacturer says strict installation rules. Every A, Bay window comes with a cable support system. Do you see any cables on my new window. Definitely do NOT recommend!!! 7800.00 wasted now! Taking the guy to court. And I have a contractor lined up to take the window out and put a new window in correctly, safe for my family and for my home. The left window doesn't close either. He used my 40 year old platform as the support of the new window.

That's the window Peter just set on the old 40 year old platform. That's the way he left the top of the window so water, snow, ice can just sit up there. According to an Anderson certified dealer and the specs of this new bay window two cables are included with the Bay window and a roof should be covering the two cables unless it is under an overhang. Peter told BBB that he did everything right, My photos show things don't look good. I don't recommend!

Peter was up front at the consultation and provided an estimate in line with his formal bid. He was very communicative throughout the whole process, walked is through questions and change orders, and gave us exactly what we wanted for our deck renovation. We highly recommend Peter and his crews for home renovations deck projects, and will definitely be using his company again in the future.

We will definitely call you again for our next project! great work on our windows, very good price. Thank you!

Lux Windoors did a great job on our windows. We love them. He explained everything to us and how they work. it was great communication too, anytime I texted him he answered me back really fast. I will definitely call them first for our next project. Thank you
