I wild my use Susan E Sullivan. She sold my condominium for me. I could not come up to pack up my contents of my condominium because I was hit by a car when riding my bicycle. So I was laid up. I was going to get my cleaning staff to pack up my condominium and move me. Susan Sullivan told me she would do it I told her my staff will do it. Susan Sullivan insistent she could have her handle man move me. I had my staff pack all my things and layout the boxes so Susan Sullivan’s handy man would move me. I did a video chat with my staff and Susan sullivans handy man to move all the boxes to my rented storage unit. Five months later my neighbors in the condominium complex where talking to the woman whom purchased my condominium and she asked my neighbors if I received five boxes of my items that Susan Sullivan’s mover picked up and left in her condominium that she purchased from me. She called Susan Sullivan to pickup that where left in her condominium after she purchased it from me. I tried contacting Susan Sullivan by phone, text messages and email nd she would not return any communication to me. So I had my staff call her. Susan Sullivan told her my attorney and the realtor that recommended her to me that she had contacted me and I never responded back to Susan Sullivan that never happened because I look back at all my emails, text messages and phone log and Susan sullivan never once responded to me about the five boxes. Which contents We’re valued at around three grand Plus another 1500 for assigned piece of artwork. So Susan Sulivan never contacted me and basically stole those items from me. Also Susan Sullivan is the listing realtor for this property and she has put in post that the interior square footage is 644. The real square footage is 504 as per the town tax department and the square footage of this condominium is 504 as per the master deed of the condominium association that I in these pictures. With this realtor I would check every size and legal matter because all you have to check all square footages with town before trusting Susan Sulivan with any realestate she lists and any of your items that aren’t nailed down.
