Activity has thinned: BuildZoom counts only two permitted projects in the past three years, and both of those, a $65,000 pool with a gazebo and a $5,000 shed pulled in 2024, are at the company's own Main Street address and now show as expired. Its principal also turns up in Dighton town filings on the land-development side of the business. With no written customer accounts to weigh, treat this one as unrated rather than good or bad. Ask for addresses and phone numbers of three recent clients, confirm which of the licences BuildZoom lists is the one covering your job — it also shows two cancelled registrations and an inactive EPA lead-safe renovation certification — and get the scope and schedule in writing before anything starts.
