Reel Reliable Roofing does shingle and metal roofs, and sometimes siding. A 2025 customer said the company roofed their house with shingles on the top part and metal on the bottom wrap-around porch, and that every step of the project was explained. A 2025 customer who had the house re-shingled said they showed up on the date promised, finished as promised, and cleaned up the site every night before leaving. A 2024 customer said Reel Reliable was first hired for a roof, done on time and on budget, then put up Zip System plywood after a previous siding contractor had left the exterior exposed. The 2024 customer said Jon had told them he was not 100% comfortable doing Hardie Board, and that he and his crew went on to install it, with the gardens around the home protected. In 2024 the owners of the White Mountain Chalet in Berlin, NH wrote on HomeAdvisor that the job meant stripping off the old layers on one of the biggest buildings in Coos County and putting on the new. A 2023 customer said Jonathan came out and patched a bad roof leak in the pouring rain. A recent HomeAdvisor customer wrote that leaks were found where screws had been replaced in a steel roof, that they were told it would be fixed in a few days, and that after calling more than a dozen times with no response they fixed the leaking holes themselves. A 2025 customer said the crew screamed obscene things to each other on the work site. A 2023 customer warned that they would never show up the subsequent time and might ask to be paid privately by name instead of to the business.
Work was completed on side porch. Screws were replaced in steel roof on rest of house. Had major rain storm following week and leaks were found where screws replaced over front room. Called Reel Reliable to request fix and was told he would take care of and fix in a few days. Told to call him back. I CALLED MORE THAN a dozen times with no response. Never heard back. I'M 83 YRS old and had to get up onto roof and fix the leaking holes myself. Never heard back from this hack and his product is not supported nor are his promises. Stay away from.

Have used Reel Reliable Roofing on a number of buildings. They are priced fairly, get the job done when they say they will, and leave things cleaner than they found them!! Just as important, they return calls and show up when they say they will.
Reel Reliable roofed our house at the end of August into September. They did an excellent job! The top part of our home was shingles and the bottom wrap around porch was metal. Both sections came out beautiful! The crew worked hard, but were careful and meticulous. Every step of the project was explained. I’m very happy we chose Reel Reliable.
We had the opportunity to use Reel Reliable Roofing to re-shingle our house this month. I cannot say enough about how professional Jonathan, Shauna the the crew were. We had a fair quote and they showed up on the date promised and were finished as promised. The workmanship was excellent and I have never seen a construction site as clean as this was. It was cleaned up every night before they left for the day. When we need further roofing services, we most definitely call Jonathan and I have no reservations recommending him and his entire team.
