5/5 stars – I really enjoyed working with Reilly Tree and Landscape. The crew was fast and efficient (special shout out to the crew leader who did a great job with tree removal while managing the crew). Additional Reilly staff was also very response in dealing with other issues.

I really wanted to like this company but the fact of the matter is they do not seem to know what they are doing. After telling me my 20ft Junipers had no fungus(which I was sure they had), the came back and recommended three fungicide treatments. I asked them to prune three white birch only to prevent sagging. Instead, they cut two of them so short, the provide no privacy and left the third one 10 feet taller requiring another company to treat. Then they decided since they were pruning, they would also send a chemical specialist/"arborist" to my property without my permission. Came home one day to find a stranger had let himself into my back yard without warning and no concern for my pups who have access to that yard. After a few visits, I have given up and fired them. Try anyone else. And when seeing the owner's response, you can just sense the apathy. They don't care that they failed in their tasks but assume it to be my "expectations". When I ask you to prune three gorgeous white birch evenly and there is a 10ft discrepancy-that isnt expectation. It's failure. When you tresspass with no notice or regard for a secured fence and endanger my dogs, thats negligence. And when you charge $400 for a shrub treatment, are assured all shrubs will be treated only to discover that only a few select ones will be; that is price gouging. I have seen used car salesmen use fewer tricks.

The team at Reilly Tree & Landscape was extremely prompt, efficient and friendly. They communicated well, and prepared our lawn quickly, friendly and with professionalism. I appreciated their clear communication and for giving the extra effort. I would highly recommend this lawn care company for anyone needing fast and dependable service.
