Reliable Heating & Air Conditioning Co

Reliable Heating & Air Conditioning Co is an HVAC company that says it has served the CT Shoreline and Middlesex, New Haven and New London counties since 1989. Its stated service area includes Killingworth. A recent customer said their AC went out during the hottest days, the call was handled quickly and the repair was reasonable. A 2025 customer said Bill spent two hours on a furnace that 5-6 other technicians could not diagnose, gave it a fine tuning and changed out a part or two, and said it had worked since. A 2025 reviewer wrote that after another company said the whole AC system needed replacing, Bill came out the same day and fixed everything in 3 hours. In a 2025 review, a customer said Bill found capacitor leads at the breaking point and a low freon level on their AC system and fixed both. A 2023 customer said Bill recommended equipment that qualified for Eversource rebates, then installed a new heat pump system and air handler integrated with their existing hydro air system. A recent customer complained of slow response to service calls and said two different companies found faulty wiring and coolant problems days later on a new AC he installed. It holds an active Connecticut S1 heating and cooling contractor licence, HTG.0303729-S1, under William J Mazziotti.
