We had a very stressful experience recently when our carbon monoxide detector went off and we had to evacuate our home while the fire department responded. They determined that the issue was coming from our boiler, so I immediately contacted Avallone Heating and Cooling. I was extremely impressed with how quickly they responded. They were at our home within just a couple of hours of my call. From the moment they arrived, they were polite, knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of our home. They even put on shoe covers before coming inside, which was a small detail but really showed how much they cared about doing things the right way. After a thorough diagnostic, they located the problem and were able to fix it at a very fair price. I was honestly worried going into this that I might get taken advantage of — that they would recommend unnecessary parts or services and run up the bill. Thankfully, that couldn't have been further from the truth. They were completely honest and straightforward about what needed to be done and what didn't. They also did an excellent job deep cleaning our boiler and took the time to explain everything to us in detail. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I left the experience feeling confident that the job was done properly and that our home was safe. I was extremely happy with their work and have already recommended Avallone to a friend. They have definitely earned my business for all of our future HVAC needs.
