A recent customer wrote that Daniel came for their annual two-zone AC maintenance, communicated clearly about the status of the system and documented before and after photos. Daniel came today for our annual 2 zone AC maintenance. He was so thorough in his work and communicated clearly so that we are totally aware of the status of our system. Honestly, he was a pleasure to have here. He even documented before and after photos. Thank you, Daniel, and a shout out to the East River team for continued superior service!
My furnace was working great until they serviced it. Not only isn’t my furnace working, but the “tech” left the furnace half apart. I went into my basement to see why it wasn’t working and the cover was off and the new and old filters were on the floor. Don’t hire this company! You’re putting your heating system at risk if you do. Totally unprofessional
Excellent service from the East River Energy team!! Full exchange of heating and air conditioning system done. JL and his team were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. They were respectful of my home and property. All aspects of this project went extremely well from, quotes, contracts, scheduling, timely responses to my queries, remove of old systems, install of new ones and clean up!
