Reliable Pest Control is a family-owned pest control and lawn care company in Randolph, Massachusetts — its Angi page describes it as "Reliable Lawn and Pest Services" with 26 years of experience. It holds memberships with the New England Pest Management Association, the National Pest Management Association, PLANET and MALCP. Its written record on Angi dates to 2006. One customer said the company took payment for a first visit to spray and dust a bee nest but never returned calls to schedule the follow-up visit to verify the work. Another, the same year, said simply that they were pleased with the job and would use the company again. Anyone hiring Reliable Pest Control for bee, wasp or general pest work should get the visit schedule and payment terms in writing up front, and confirm current licensing and insurance directly.
Agreed to make two visits to spray/dust bee nests and revisit in 2 weeks to verify and provide a report. Took the check for the first visit and never returned repeated calls to schedule 2nd visit. Lesson learned to not pay $$ until it is all done properly and professionally.
i was very pleased with there work and will use them again.
