A 2021 customer said they bought a 22kw generator and had the company install it, described them as on time and thorough, and thanked Art Bennett, Kelley, Nate and Dave. A 2022 customer said they received a full service report on their Generac generator within an hour of the technician's visit. A 2025 customer gave three stars, writing that one staff member seemed confused and that this led to miscommunication and wasted the customer's time and the technician's. That customer said a call back a few days later told them the staff member no longer worked for the company. On Google the company holds 4.8 stars from 29 ratings, and its BBB grade is A+.
Received a call back a few days ago and was notified that the staff member, Who created the confusion, is no longer working for the company. When I called one staff member always seemed confused, like she didn’t want to work at the company, she lacked confidence in her ability to communicate. This led to miscommunication, confusion, aggravation and wasting my time and the technicians time. Wish we went a different direction.
Super fast service with excellent communication. I received my full service report on my Generac generator within an hour of the technicians visit! I would highly recommend Reliant Electric Works for all of your Generac needs.
Reliant Electric Works is top notch. Art Bennett is a pro and his team is as well. We purchased and had them install a 22kw generator and we are glad we went with them. On time, thorough, straight shooters. Thanks to Kelley, Nate and Dave as well. Tough to find a service oriented company like this that does quality work.
They did a good job for me.
