Restoration 1 of New Haven

I needed help to mitigate water damage to my basement. I contacted Restoration 1. They were prompt to respond and sent a crew , Stephen and David who were polite, energetic, and extremely thorough as well as neat and proficient. I went on-line to find a mold remediation person or company. Restoration 1 was listed first. I called the number. A man answered who, unbelievably, was working in a nearby town. He came over an hour later and gave me an estimate. He was helpful and efficient. Working with the design /carpenter doing repairs, the remediation was completed in a few days. How did I get so lucky? The man's name was Steve!

They made me understand what was going on the whole time they were drying out my basement. They were a very quiet crew and did not cause any disturbance to the rest of the house. They packed my belongings in more than 400 boxes and put them in storage. They answered all my questions satisfactorily. I've already recommended them and shared their number with other home owners.
