That 2021 customer said several items had minor damage and Paolo had a stereo speaker repaired. A 2021 customer said they came within 24 hours of a call to start mold cleanup and were done in 3 days. A BBB reviewer has described the company's practices as shady.
They were awesome took careful inspection hard-working and just all around great personable people that made us feel comfortable and confident that we were receiving the Best I'm thankful for all that they have done for my family thank you ever so much in help us through this tuff time!!!

I had an electrical fire which caused damage to an outside wall by the master bath and most of the damage was smoke-related. Paolo and his crew traveled and commuted to my northern Massachusetts house to mitigate by cleaning all surfaces, remove carpeting, put all my furniture and possessions in storage then return everything a month later. There was some minor damage to several items and Paolo had a stereo speaker repaired. He was extremely professional and caring. It was obvious his crew respected and liked him greatly. I feel he had superior management skills and did everything possible to make things easier for the people who are in need of his services. I feel very pleased about the promptness of the project and it's outcome.
This company has very shady practices. We had water damage in the REMOVED area at a rental property.
