In a September 2026 review, a customer said Brian was at the house within an hour of finding a leak from the fridge and that Eric, the technician, explained the process on each visit while half their first floor was out of use. A June 2026 customer with water coming through a basement ceiling said Brian came the same day and, in under 30 minutes, diagnosed the problem; the leak turned out to be a broken refrigerator copper line. The work runs from extraction and drying to rebuilding. In an August 2025 review, a customer whose triple-decker had damage in all three units said drying equipment was on site within an hour, and German later handed them to Nathan for the restoration phase. A July 2018 customer said they used RestorePro for both the water mitigation and the reconstruction, and that it handled communication with the insurance company. Thumbtack shows 4.8★ from 16 ratings, HomeAdvisor and Angi each 4.7★ from 32, and its BBB page is an A+. There are complaints. We have had the best experience possible with RestorePro! Brian was at our house within an hour of finding the leak in our fridge and Eric the technician was incredible about explaining the process and what they were doing during each visit. As awful as having our kitchen flood and not being able to use half of our first floor has been RestorePro has made this process as easy as it could be!
