Rhody Disposal

Rented a 20 yard container in early summer for a shed demo(8X10). The customer service side was great. Extremely up front about scheduling, pricing and pick up. They did run into a one day delay on the drop, but when I called they promised to deliver first thing(a Saturday) and, in recognition of the delay, told me I could keep it thru the next weekend. Essentially, my 7 day rental was 9 days at no extra cost. We loaded the 20 yarder up pretty good as their was ample room for other yard waste/junk. The additional weekend ended up being a great accommodation for us and they picked up the roll off the following Monday. I had some concerns that we may have overdone it, but there were no additional costs beyond the $550 rental cost. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. So happy I found these guys as there pricing was better than any of the locals around me(Massachusetts) and the feedback I got on some of the Mass based ones is that they come at you with all sorts of extra charges. None of that happened with Little Rhody. Also, I feel compelled to point out that one of the more recent negative reviews included an image and that image appears to be a dumpster owned by a different vendor, i.e., I'd be a little skeptical of putting a lock of stock in that particular negative review.

Beware - Used their dumpster for 18 squares of old roofing removal and dumpster was almost empty because new roofing fits on 2 pallets. It was less than 4000 lbs of weight. CC got charged for almost 7000 lbs of debris without any notice. When I asked Jason why and for what, one day he said it was a mistake, the next day it wasn’t but he will give some of the money back. Never did. Gave me a fake receipt showing 2 loads delivered to Davisville transfer station that I was billed for. Like other people mentioned, they are scammers!

Be aware of this company. They will scam you with the pricing. They take your credit card information, then tell you they will charge you when they deliver the dumpster without saying anything to you. Then, when they pick up the dumpster, they charge you without telling you anything or providing proof of why they charged you extra. I ordered a dumpster and figured out it was going to be too small. I didn't want to put in more than the allowed amount, so I ordered a second dumpster. When they took the first one, they charged me extra after leaving. I called to ask why, and the guy said, "Oh, it was over the weight," but he said he was going to waive the extra charge, which he never did. I told him to let me know about the second one because I didn't want to pay extra. Knowing that, I made sure not to put more in it, but they charged me triple what they charged for the first one, even though this one had less stuff in it. I called again, and he said the same thing. I asked for documentation showing how much weight I had and the pricing. He sent me an invoice that had nothing to do with my name or my address. When I said it didn't include anything showing my service, he said, "Oh, this is from the landfill, sorry." You can see his text to me. You have no way of finding out how much weight you put in their dumpster, so they will charge you whatever they feel like without proof or your consent. Find a trustworthy company, but not Rhody Disposal.

I am very happy with Rhody Disposal’s service. After researching different companies online, I determined that they offered the best deal all-around and would meet my needs best. The dumpster was delivered on schedule and picked up on schedule with zero fuss. I will gladly use Rhody Disposal again in the future.

Have used Rhody Disposal 3 times now, basically once a year for deep spring clean out. Each time has been seamless and so easy. They've always been able to get a dumpster of the size needed next day, and they're always quick to pick up once we're done. Very response and easy to get a hold of. Will continue to use them and will always recommend to others. Couldn't possibly be any happier with their services.
