Ridge Runner Construction, LLC

Ridge Runner Construction describes itself on BuildZoom as a roofing and decking company based in Derry. A recent customer had a new roof installed and said that when leaking from a previous construction company's project turned up, the owner sent a crew over to extend the roofline immediately. The same customer said the owner returned calls promptly when they could not reach him. A 2025 customer had a roof installed by Bobby and his crew and said Bobby, the owner, came out and did everything he said he was going to do. A 2025 customer said the roof went up on time, even early. A 2024 customer said the company replaced an old roof that was leaking and repaired rotted plywood on the roof structure. A 2024 customer wrote that they had used Ridge Runner a couple of times for siding and roofing. A 2023 customer with an old Victorian had planned to maintain a slate roof and compared that cost with going new. That 2023 customer said Ridge Runner priced architectural shingles fairly, that Ralph worked up the estimate and answered questions, and that the yard, including perennials and shrubs, was protected. A 2023 reviewer whose company had done business with Ridge Runner for over 10 years called Bobby's pricing competitive and reasonable. A 2022 customer said the work was finished in one day, with the yard and driveway cleaned. A 2022 customer said the roof was fine but nails and other debris were left in the driveway, a pile of garbage and roofing materials was left in the yard, and the attic was full of wood debris and dirt. Separately, a local news report says federal OSHA inspectors found that Ridge Runner Construction put employees at risk while doing roofing work in Salem and Merrimack, and unionleader.com reported $234,741 in penalties against a Derry contractor for exposing workers to fall hazards.
