Tons of complaints about poor clean up after the job (several customers having to buy new tires because of running over nails left after the job was done), oh…and not only the Haverhill PD, but the Haverhill building inspectors have had it with Lane roofing, also. Some of the aforementioned recent reviews also have pictures, as well. I'm really glad that you had a good experience with them. I'm just too spooked. Sounds like something changed over there.”

I can't express how impress I was with Lane Roofing! Alan who was their project manager and team was some of the most hard working people I've seen. They were also very courteous about what time they were working until when I felt bad because how hot it was for them! They were extremely nice, EXTREMELY hard workers. They worked from 7 in the morning until they finish and Al still called to say how they will continue back the next day to help clean up. I am so impressed and thankful for them! Josh was also amazing answering any question we had and also walked us through what the best shingle color. I absolutely would recommend them to anybody who needs any roof anything!
We could not be happier with our experience with Lane Roofing and our new roof. I called for an estimate. Josh Lane said he was nearby and was here within 3 minutes. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I had an estimate by the end of that day. Josh said they'd do the work within 2-3 weeks but could be flexible. They let me know the start date and a 7 am start time. The project manager Andrew texted that he'd be here early to review the project and answer any questions. The crew showed up early too. They worked a long day removing 2 layers of old tiles and installing the new roof. People on the ground cleaned up as the project went along. The crew was respectful of property and our landscaping with flowers in bloom. We have a large house and they completed the roof in one day. While checking our attic, Josh noticed that our bathroom vent was never vented out the roof. He made sure the vent went out the roof. We've been in our home a long time and there are not many contractors I would recommend. However, I do not hesitate to recommend Lane Roofing - 5 Stars! Lane Roofing went above and beyond for us.
