Highlights
- Tall-tree trimming — limbs over a yard trimmed, cuttings all hauled away
- Tree and brush removal — a customer called the job quick and efficient
- A clean yard — one customer said the yard was left cleaner
Ridge Woodlands Tree and Forestry does tree work, and one Google customer sums up Halfdan as "the guy who will be 100 feet up in the bucket using the chainsaws and the ropes." That customer, who has used Halfdan several times, had two tall trees with limbs leaning over the yard trimmed; they took all the cuttings away and left the yard cleaner than when they came, and the customer mentions a fair price. On a tree and brush removal job, a Google customer said the work was quick and efficient and the cleanup afterward was good. A customer who has used him "on several occasions on multiple properties" says he is conscientious and "truly cares for trees and property."

I have used Halfdan several times. I highly recommend he and his team. He is unconventional in the most positive ways. If you are looking for someone in a fancy pickup with a logo to quote work someone else will do, go elsewhere. If you want the guy who will be 100 feet up in the bucket using the chainsaws and the ropes, then Ridge Woodlands & Halfdan is who you want to discuss the tree work want done. If you want top quality work, at a fair price and someone to discuss options you may not have considered, give him a try. I had work done this week on two tall trees with limbs leaning over my yard, that would hit my house if they came down. They trimmed them, took all the cuttings away, and left my yard cleaner than when they came.

I have used him on several occasions on multiple properties. Beyond his excellent work, he is conscientious and truly cares for trees and property.
