A 2022 customer said Mauricio would rather not cut a tree down if he can avoid it. That customer wrote that they had used Mauricio and Evergreen for a few years, and that a bargain-basement tree service they had used before ruined many of their trees with incorrect pruning. The same 2022 customer said Mauricio points out anything that threatens the home and either prunes or removes it, and that rather than cutting down some diseased ash trees, he was keeping tabs on them and pruning them to try to save as many as possible. A 2023 customer said Charlie and Mauricio had worked on their property twice, that they called back, showed up when they said they would, and that the work was reasonably priced. A 2024 customer said Mauricio and team did the work quickly. A 2025 customer wrote that they had used Mauricio and his crew many times and would keep using them. A recent customer says they were responsive and would use them again.
