The Owner is a complete Jerk and doesn’t respect the neighbors, speeds through the cul de sac neighborhood without a care for little children or pets! He has no respect for noise ordinances, nor respect for cleanliness around the job, does not put up safety fencing around construction sites (a direct violation of OSHA rules and Compliance), nor does he respect neighbors’ property lines. We watched him begin several projects on our neighbors’s property without acquiring the necessary permits and he continued to ignore our requests to do so. He even deliberately started taking down mature trees without consulting the abutting neighbors and more importantly, rejected our requests for proper documentation and proof of land survey! This guy is a liar and was caught by the Building Inspector lying about having a proper survey and the appropriate survey markers in place before starting construction! DO NOT EVER TRUST OR HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

Never returned 2 calls. Stopped by twice also.
