RJL Insulation does blown-in insulation work, and a recent customer said Robert was quick to respond, praised the pricing, and said the project was completed earlier than expected and made sure it was right before leaving. A 2025 customer wrote that Robert came with his crew and blew insulation into all the exterior walls and the attic of their 1910 home, and that they cleaned up after themselves. A 2024 customer said RJL came out the next day to quote a blown-in insulation job to stop pipes from freezing, then came on Christmas Eve morning to do the job ahead of cold weather. A 2023 customer wrote that the work passed the building inspector's review with zero issues. A 2022 customer described a small job under a raised sun room: Robert replaced the old insulation, which was dropping, put foam board over it and blocked off access underneath to keep critters out. The complaints are older. A 2018 customer said they tried to minimize sound from the next-door unit; the wall already had insulation when he checked, and afterward the sound increased and echoed. The same customer also wrote that he advised blowing in more insulation, and that it was three times as loud afterward. A 2018 customer said they did not show up when scheduled, demanded substantial cash up front and would not accept a check. A 2017 customer said he forgot the first appointment, his truck broke down for the second, the third was cancelled, and the job was still not completed.
