Oliver, the sales representative was wonderful to deal with - very professional and friendly. He was very responsive my calls, texts and emails. He communicated responsibly about process, change in date, updates. The gentlemen who installed my floor - Freddy and Eduardo - were positively wonderful. They were such hard workers, very polite and professional. Their supervisor Chris was also great but he had to leave for most of the day for another job he had to finish, which was no problem at all. Freddy and Eduardo worked so hard to finish the floor in one day. The 3 of them worked until 7:30pm to finish (with a 2 hr. drive home ahead of them). My floor looks fantastic! I was extremely impressed by all 4 of the gentlemen I dealt with. I would definitely recommend Footprints Floors and Oliver, Chris, Freddy & Eduardo! Thank you so much!
I chose Footprint Floors based upon the 128 five star reviews. I will make it 129. I could not have made a better choice! From the initial phone call with Oliver until the final inspection the process was easy, smooth, professional.Oliver was always available and responsive to any questions I had throughout the entire process. The other team members displayed a professional, unintrusive, responsive and respectful attitude. The work they completed was exceptional! My floors, which are from the older section of the house, look brand new, clean, updated, and modern. The color and shine is perfect. I do believe the price was extremely reasonable for the top quality work that was completed. Do not hesitate to use Footprint Floors for your flooring needs!
