Recurring house cleaning brought several customers back to RKM Cleaning. Angi places the business in Worcester and lists residential cleaning, Spanish-language service and free estimates. Angi and HomeAdvisor also list janitorial services and post-construction cleanup. Customers writing between 2012 and 2019 described house and condo cleaning. In an August 2012 Angi review, a customer said the initial house cleaning was extensive and later visits included extra attention to areas identified in a note. They also appreciated Renata's email reminders. Another customer writing that month praised Renata and Rose for working thoroughly from start to finish. A June 2015 reviewer described weekly cleaning of a home for disabled veterans. They said Renata arrived on time and was trusted with keys and access to the house, including when nobody was there. An August 2017 customer who could not manage a thorough cleaning themselves described three workers arriving and starting promptly; they had scheduled another visit. In August 2019, a customer said RKM did a good job cleaning their condo. There were complaints as well. In March 2018, a customer said they were impressed by three cleanings but could not get phone calls returned, and often found the voicemail box full. A June 2017 reviewer said the worker had not done what she had claimed she would do. A February 2018 customer described the workers as efficient but somewhat pricey, while still judging the service worth the cost.
