Rob Young - Get On Cape

Rob was a fantastic real estate broker who took charge of every detail. We were away when we first listed the house so Rob prepped the house for showings, removed furnishings and clutter, had it cleaned, and stayed on a tight schedule to fit into the tight summer rental season. Rob also coordinated all the work projects that were needed to consummate the sale. I couldn’t have been happier with my choice to use Rob as my broker.

I was so fortunate to have Rob as my real estate broker for the sale of my home. The process started while I was out of state, so Rob took on every aspect of the process. He gave sound advice and helped me work through decisions and made the process so smooth and effortless. He was on top of all issues and concerns that arose during the process being very thorough with all the details. The sale was somewhat complicated because of rotating seasonal tenants in the house through the summer season, but it all worked out without a hitch.

Rob did a wonderful job! He went above and beyond helping us with many things that needed to be done that we weren't able to do since we lived out of state. He was always there to answer our questions in a timely matter. He did a great job marketing our house with professional pictures, having open houses and advertising our house.
