Overall professional when here but there were large delays with poor communication, and poor clean up. Had an estimate back in August 2024 and they were quick to provide an estimate which was the best of what we had received. Andrew and Victoria left a good impression with their communication and expertise so we felt confident in going with their company. We confirmed we’d like to go ahead and were told we’d hear back in the next couple weeks and then the project would move swiftly… only to not get firm dates until November. Once here, Andrew and his team were great and it felt like it was worth the wait.. Only to have half of the debris taken away. We were told that they’d be back in a few days to get the rest. At the start of the project, I’d asked about their clean-up after their tree service and had been assured, “We cut & remove the work we do. So if we cut the trees, we chip the brush and take away the trees. There will be minimal debris left from our work. Many of our customers find that the area looks “neater” after we have provided the tree care service than before.” This photo is from today, at the start of May. I’ve followed up with an unanswered call and an email two weeks to follow-up on a time line. I dislike leaving poor reviews however I’d rather other people considering this company be wary of the possibility of running into the same situation as we had. Update 12/2/25 Updating to two stars as we had to spend a few thousand dollars to get the trees they left behind removed. Again, the tree clean up was a part of the service they’d been hired for - so really quite disappointed with the lack of communication from their end.

I had several trees close to my house cut and removed. Both Andrew and Victoria were super nice. Andrew provided great solutions that allowed the job to be possible and Victoria was key in scheduling and rescheduling around my conflicts and keeping me in the loop. The cut team were rock stars. My wife and I were so impressed with how well they worked together. They did the job quickly and the clean up was like they were never here. Thank you all for doing such a great job.

They told me they’d return to finish trimming a tree and removing 2 stumps but they have never returned to finish. I’ve called several times and Vicki told me the stumper needed a part but they’d be out asap. Nine months have passed. Also, the foreman, Jay, should find another job or Andy should stop allowing his bad behavior and fire him. Horrible service all around.
