Several reviewers describe the same working habits: a callback almost immediately after the inquiry, a next-day estimate for a condo resident in March 2025, word before each visit, and the work area cleaned up at the end of every day. One reviewer put his trade experience at over 45 years, and a December 2024 customer said they had hired him a number of times. For a repair that cannot wait, or a bathroom that needs several trades in one pair of hands, he is a direct call.
