We’ve been working with Julio, Chris, and the Rocha Construction team since 2020, and at this point, they are the only people we trust with our properties. Over the last few years, they’ve handled everything from high-end residential custom work to a complex medical office build-out, and they exceed expectations every single time. At our home, they built a stunning 750 sq. ft. Trex deck featuring custom privacy walls and integrated irrigation. The highlight, however, is a rare hidden hatch they integrated with a Lucigold system for our basement egress—it is honestly one of the coolest features I’ve ever seen (check out the video!). Inside, they’ve also renovated two bathrooms, reconfigured our closets, and handled all our painting with a keen eye for detail. In 2025, we trusted them with our 2,600 sq. ft. optometry practice. This was a massive undertaking: a total gut renovation including new ceilings, flooring, and walls, plus moving six plumbing locations, installing two kitchens, two bathrooms, a lab, and medical-grade ventilation. They are reliable, fair, and incredibly trustworthy. My brother and sister-in-law were so impressed they hired them for a full 3-level gut renovation of their own. We’re already planning to have Julio handle our basement in the next couple of years. Even if they get 'absurdly busy,' they are well worth the wait.

Rocha Construction did a great job building my backyard deck. Chris and Julio were easy to work with, very professional and responsive throughout the project. The crew showed up on time, kept everything clean and paid attention to the details. I haven’t had the chance to fully enjoy it yet since summer isn’t here, but I’m already excited to spend more time outside. The deck looks great and feels very solid. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them!
