The accounts are consistent about communication. In February 2025 a homeowner facing ice 'baked in' on a Saturday night wrote that a crew of three or four arrived within an hour and cleared driveway, stairs and sidewalks. A January 2023 reviewer noted the sidewalks were cleared right to the edge, 'which not all firms do'. Condo and multifamily owners describe photo updates after each visit and invoices for tax purposes; several say they've used the company for three or four seasons running. The complaints cluster on the non-snow side and on money. An October 2024 reviewer described a pushy manner on a grass-and-bush job, said they watched a worker being told to blow cuttings under another bush rather than bag them, and set out the snow quote they were given: $600 down, $175 for a storm of three inches or less, then $35 for every additional inch. In June 2024 a handyman customer wrote that two minor fixes were done so poorly they hired someone else within three weeks. In April 2022 a sod-installation client said the crew turned up hours late and calls went unanswered. For Boston-area snow — especially a condo, a rental or a property with no plow contract — this is a well-documented, responsive option. Get the per-storm rate, the deposit and the inch thresholds in writing before winter, and treat the landscaping and handyman side as less proven than the shovelling.
