Rokx Services is a dirt-and-concrete outfit, not a finish-work one. The Lawrence company's own site describes its core work as sitework — excavation, foundation construction, site preparation, concrete and sidewalks, water and sewer line connections, commercial demolition and asbestos removal — for residential and commercial properties. It says it was built by founder and CEO Paola Rosario as a woman- and minority-owned general contracting company, certified WBE, MBE and DBE, with a named team of six and Boston and Lawrence as its stated service area. The written history is short and uniformly positive: an even five stars across eleven Google ratings, and eight reviews going back to 2023. The most useful of them are specific. In a December 2023 review, a customer who hired the company to pour a foundation for a large addition said the crew went beyond the scope of work to keep the project moving; another review that same week described an excavation project. In January 2025, a homeowner wrote that the team listened to everything they wanted and treated the family with respect. The one recent comment, posted in June 2026, is in Spanish and credits Paola with staying available for any question. Two things to pin down before calling. First, the registration: BuildZoom lists a Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #210059, issued in October 2025, and the company publishes the same number on its own site — but neither is a state-registry confirmation, so ask to see the current registration yourself. Second, scope: the work customers describe, and the work the company leads with, is ground-level construction. If your job is a kitchen or a bath, confirm they take it on before you build a schedule around them. For excavation, a foundation, or site prep around Lawrence and Boston, this is a small, hands-on crew whose written history is short but consistent — most of it from a single stretch in late 2023, with only a handful of comments since. Get the registration in front of you and the scope in writing.
