Romeo Morelli & Sons Plumbing-Heating-Well Pumps

Romeo Morelli & Sons handles plumbing and heating calls across a service area its website lists as New Fairfield, Danbury, Sherman, New Milford, Brookfield, Newtown, Redding, Ridgefield, Bethel, Kent and Bridgewater, and the company says it has been in business 66 years. On Google it shows 5 stars from 494 ratings. A recent customer said James installed a shut-off valve, chlorinated their water well and replaced water filters and a UV light. One recent customer's water heater sat in a tight spot in the basement and had to be lifted by two men over the furnace; that customer said no extra charges were added beyond the estimate. A recent customer whose two outdoor spigot pipes froze said the repair meant opening a wall and part of the floor, and that the Morelli team left everything spotless and explained steps they could take themselves to save money. A recent customer who needed a drain pipe relocated after a garbage disposal install booked online, and Anthony Morelli arrived within the reserved time. A recent customer thanked the technicians for responding quickly to a basement flooding emergency. In a 2025 review, a customer said the Morelli crew did an entire bathroom project about 20 years before, and that Ron stopped by on a Saturday to fix an overturned shower handle even though they were booked. A 2023 customer said they had used the company since 2016, when Tony responded to a burst pipe, and that the company later put in a new tank, well pump and water softener and re-plumbed the boiler room. A 2025 customer gave four stars but said they were charged 300 for the call on a 15-minute job to remove and cap a mis-piped washer drain. A 2022 customer said that on two consecutive days they were told someone was coming and no one came, while water poured into the crawlspace. Its Connecticut plumbing licence, PLM.0287560-P1, is active, held by Ronald R Morelli.
