Botticelli Plumbing & Heating

We needed some minor plumbong work done in our home and so I went online to look for a reputable company with a good reputation. I came across Botticelli's plumbing and did my homework and decided to go with them. I'm GLAD I did. Christine worked really hard with me to schedule an appointment around my schedule. I found their rates and prices extremely competitive but the personalized attention that Christine had given me was the clincher. We were also extremely impressed by the plumber they sent out. His name is Chris. He thinks outside the box and also uses old school techniques. The best of both worlds! My experience with Botticelli was all around a positive one and I would not hesitate to call them again if I need a plumbling company in the future!

Botticelli replaced my hot water heater and I were very pleased with the result. The installers were courteous knowledgeable efficient and did a great job. After completing their work they cleaned up the worksite and I was very happy with the job.

I had my plumbing problems reviewed by 2 other plumbers and felt that I needed to find someone that understood what was needed. I contacted Botticelli and they sent someone who was able to diagnose the problems. He quickly determined what was needed and how long it would take. They quickly sent me a detailed proposal to address each problem to be resolved. We scheduled the work and it was done in a very knowledgeable and professional manner. All issues were resolved as proposed. I highly recommend them.
