Ronald Pendleton, Inc. says on its website that it has been in business 54 years and that serving its clientele of second homeowners with efficient heating and plumbing includes year-round assistance. It lists 24/7 emergency service. A recent Google customer says the company has cleaned up a lot of electrical and plumbing issues in their home, along with new installs of a generator and water filtration, with clear communication. A recent reviewer facing decades of plumbing surprises in their house writes that the Pendleton team has come out in an emergency over three times and answers their first-time home buyer questions. A 2025 customer said Brad made sure everything was done in a timely manner with a house closing bearing down, and that Joyce in the office helped too. A 2025 reviewer signing as the Toothaker family wrote that the father and both sons had assisted with their plumbing needs for nigh on 25 years. A Maine HVAC license, number MS30012333, is active on the state registry in the name of BRADFORD L. PENDLETON.
These guys have cleaned up a lot of electrical and plumbing issues in my home, as well as new installs of generator and water filtration. Always clear communication and always done "the right way." I also note that the one-star review someone left about driving is for a different business located in Warren.
Great service everytime!
Here's the deal, I've spent more money on plumbing in the last four years than on any other home issue, combined. It turns out that with this house we've inherited decades and decades of plumbing surprises that all seem to be coming up at once. I really appreciate the Pendleton team for coming out here in an Emergency over three times, as well as fitting us in with other things when they can on top of answering my sometimes naïve first time home buyer questions when they come up. It means the world to me, truly. I didn't realize until recently, just how hard it is to find a plumber in general, let alone one on a peninsula (!!) so I'm very grateful for their continued help with navigating this old mess. In addition to how much I learn each time their here and for the truly professional and solid work they do every time. Thank you!!!!
While both Jared and Brad were helpful, it was Brad who gave extraordinary service. He was patient and professional in every way. We were under the wire with the house closing bearing down and Brad made sure everything was done in a timely manner. Brad was courteous and kind and we are eternally grateful to him. Joyce in the office was also an enormous help.
This family of father, and both sons, have been assisting us with our plumbing needs for nigh on 25 years. Enough said. Toothaker family
