Everyone showed up on time and the job went great. Cody did a good job checking in through out the job and making sure everything was going good, and answered all questions before the job started through the job and once everything was wrapped up. The crew worked very hard and did a good job cleaning up, the roof looks great. I recommend Roofers Elite to anyone needing a roof replacement.

This is one of the best experiences I’ve had. They are truly professional and do great work. Never a problem. Loved every minute of it My roof was small but made no difference. Was treated with kindness and respect. I would recommend them to anyone.

Cody responded to my calls within minutes. His workers were polite, efficient and do excellent work.

Cody took excellent care of my roof replacement. His crew arrived early and worked nonstop until finished. A very big roof all in one day. Hardest working crew in Auburn! After all was said and done they went above and beyond to fix a rotted soffit board that wasn’t even part of the job. My house looks beautiful and I couldn’t be happier.

Edited September 2025: Cody Mcallister at Roofer's Elite still has not reached out to me to address the shoddy workmanship of the subcontractor he hired to do my roof. First of all, there is no "we" in this company...it is Cody and a crew he hires. Also, don't let his "sincerity" fool you...he has lied right to our faces. He sat down at our dining room table and promised to have his "new crew" foreman come and spec the job of replacing our metal roof and then get the work done. He has said, numerous times, "I stand behind my work." It is more than two years later, and he still has not communicated with us, and there has been no work acccomplished since he told my wife and me those lies. Edited August 2024: I paid Cody at Roofer’s Elite a lot of money to put a new standing seam metal roof on our house. He subbed it out to someone else (Kadillac Roofing) who did a horrible job on the metal roof. Since the installation, Cody has made countless promises to us that he will fix all of the errors on the roofing job and “make things right”. He has not done a thing. Now he even refuses to accept my phone calls. I paid him 10s of thousands of dollars, and he has done nothing to remediate the problems, despite sitting right across the table from my wife and I and lying right to our face about making things right. Edit on 2/18/2025: Cody just posted a response on 2/17/2025...6 months after I posted the review above. Cody (Roofers Elite) still doesn't answer my phone calls, and still has made no effort to contact me or to address all of the problems that he and the crew he hired left behind. So when Cody writes that my review "feedback will be addressed immediately to ensure [he] takes corrective action"...you should know the context of that comment. Just so you know that my review is reasonable, take a look at the photos of Roofers Elite's work that I just uploaded (may take a day or so to upload through Google). --Areas are completely missing flashing (along roof lines, around intrusions...). --The sunroof has NO TRIM KIT...they just cut pieces of metal and caulked them on. The water simply accumulates at the top of the sunroof...which will eventually make its way down into our living room. --They gooped up corners and around chimneys with Lexel caulk instead of properly flashing all of those areas. --There are rubber boots missing from pipe intrusions in the roof...and on and on. This is only a sample of the pictures I have of Roofers Elite's work....I will keep posting more pictures if Cody (the owner of RE) continues to fail to live up to all of the promises he made to us to remediate these huge problems.
