Hyrum and JT did a wonderful job reinstalling our solar panels after RTP installed a new roof. Top quality work and no hiccups! Solar Power was generating 4 days after the roof was started! Very happy with their quality and work. I highly recommend this company if you have panels and need a new roof. They worked together to get it done without losing valuable solar generation in summer!

Heath has exceptional customer service skills, and made me feel so much better after I brought my roof leak issue to him. I was so nervous and filled with anxiety about the unknown, and Heath was so friendly and so easy to deal with. Tanner also was so professional and quick to fix my roof.

I found it to be a pleasure to deal with Justin and the rest of the crew,very respectful and knowledgeable about their work. At the end ( Only one day) everything was cleaned put away and I was told what was next and how it all works great experience all together

We purchased our home last August and have been struggling ever since to get our solar up and running. The installer and solar equipment company both sent us standard YouTube instructions to link our system to the grid but when they didn't work they sent us down multiple rabbit holes, all to no avail. The frustration was compounded when we could NEVER talk to a person - everything was done via email and we never had the same person respond so we were always starting over from scratch with very long wait times (sometimes a week) in between messages. When I finally found Rooftop Power everything changed! I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. From the minute I talked to Heath and he actually listened, I knew we were in good hands. The problem was diagnosed (we needed a new inverter and an upgrade to our software - NOT a YouTube video) and very quickly our system was functioning. Everyone we worked with - Heath in the office, and Jason and Savio who did the equipment replacement - were professional, efficient, courteous, and kind. They responded in a timely manner, followed up on every aspect of the work, and completed the job with great results. If you are looking for a great solar company, I highly recommend them!!!
