There is very little written about ENCORE Contracting Services, and most of what there is comes from one unhappy customer. Its Google profile averages 3.0 across two ratings: a two-word 'Loved it' in February 2024, and a long complaint in September 2025. That September 2025 account describes two jobs — a bay window installation and a deck. The customer writes that the estimate was pitched as higher than most but better value for the money, that the bay window work went badly, and that the contractor subcontracted the framing to a company he had never met or spoken to directly, dealing through an intermediary instead. Those are the customer's words, and no reply to them appears. The paperwork is worth checking too. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 206978, is recorded in the state registry as expired. BBB lists the business under Home Builders at 375 Common St in Lawrence, started in 2015 with four employees and Facundo Bergallo as president, but issues no rating at all, saying it does not have sufficient information to do so. That is the whole public record. It is not enough to conclude the company does poor work — and nowhere near enough to conclude the opposite. If you are considering them, ask for a current registration number and check it against the state registry yourself, ask for three jobs finished in the last year that you can call, and get every subcontractor named in writing before anything starts.
