Most of the Google reviews of Rose Landscaping and Construction name the same person: Nick. The Arlington company says Nick Rose founded and owns it, and that he started at 14 mowing lawns with his father's mower before growing it into a landscaping and construction business serving Arlington and nearby towns. Google shows 4.9 stars from 49 ratings, with written reviews running from 2022 to 2026. The work is mostly the steady yard kind. Several households describe years of mowing, spring and fall cleanups and mulching; a May 2025 reviewer in their third season listed mowing, cleanups, mulch, lawn repair, bush planting and steel lawn edging, and called the prices fair. The bigger jobs show up too. In a July 2024 review, a customer had Nick grade the back yard, install sprinklers, run the downspouts underground and lay sod; the crew arrived and finished on the dates he gave, and when minor issues turned up afterward they came back to fix them the same day. A September 2022 reviewer had a hardscape and masonry walkway put in, and in July 2022 another had dirt beds swapped for gravel to move water away from the house. Winter is the other half. A run of March 2026 reviews praise the snow plowing and shoveling: one said the driveway, sidewalk and stairs were cleared in time to leave for work, another said the crew would return a second time if needed, and a third, after years of overpriced removal elsewhere, called the service reliable, honest and fairly priced. In May 2026, a customer said the crew cut down about 80 yards of five-foot forsythia and hauled the debris in under three hours.
