Rose's Cleaning Inc.

Rose's Cleaning is built around one person: Rose Santa Rita, who the company's site says started cleaning homes in 2006 and has owned the business since 2008. The BBB lists her, as Rosimere Santa Rita, as the owner of record at 6 Surrey Dr in Lakeville, and grades the company A+. The work runs from recurring house cleaning and deep cleans to carpet and upholstery, professional organizing, and the heavy one-offs — post-construction and move-in/move-out. Its stated territory is wide for a small company: Boston, Quincy, Braintree, Milton, Hingham and Plymouth, out through Middleborough, Lakeville, Wareham, Sandwich and Hyannis, and over to Attleboro, New Bedford and Dartmouth. The site describes a family-owned, woman-owned business, and says it has been approved by the federal government to work on federal properties such as post offices and military buildings. Two timelines sit side by side. The company counts 18 years, dating itself to 2008; the BBB profile has Rose's Cleaning, Inc. incorporated 10/6/2022, with one employee. Worth asking which entity you are hiring and who actually shows up on the day. A reasonable call for regular residential cleaning on the South Shore, or a move-out or post-renovation clean-up. Confirm the crew size for a big job, ask what a visit covers, and check insurance before the first clean.
