Royal Cleaning Residential Services

Royal Cleaning Residential Services keeps its customers a long time. Writing in December 2024, one described crews coming every two weeks for a couple of years; another, the same month, said they had used the service for over three years. The Quincy company cleans homes and offices around the South Shore — deep cleans, recurring visits, one-time jobs, move-in and move-out, post-construction — and its site says the business is family-owned and was founded in 2020. The Google page carries a 5-star average across 26 ratings, with 22 written reviews from 2024 through 2026. What customers describe is thoroughness plus showing up when promised: a first deep clean in January 2025 arrived exactly when the crew said it would, and a December 2024 customer on a monthly schedule mentioned the price was reasonable. There is a real-estate side to the work too. In August 2025 a seller, referred by a real estate firm, hired them to get a house ready for market and said it went on the market spotless. The most recent review, from August 2026, credits a cleaner named Rayane and says the house is cleaner than the day they moved in. The owner turns up in the reviews herself — an April 2024 customer said Iasmim stayed in touch through a whole-house deep clean — and a 2024 reviewer described two home cleanings the company volunteered through the Cleaning for a Reason program. Its site also states IICRC certification and ISSA residential membership. For a South Shore household that wants a standing cleaner, or a house that has to show well before a listing, this is a straightforward call. Decide up front whether you want recurring or one-time service, and settle what a first deep clean includes before the crew arrives.
