Royalty Fence

The fence other companies could not obtain was the one Dan secured for a Royalty Fence customer writing in September 2025. That customer said he found it quickly, kept in contact throughout the process, confirmed details along the way, and left the property cleaner than he found it. Royalty Fence is based in East Falmouth, and an August 2025 reviewer identified the installer as Dan Simmons. That reviewer praised the price and his work installing the fence by himself. The company's Google rating is 4.9 stars from 15 ratings, with written customer accounts spanning 2021–2025. Those accounts describe installations, replacements, and repairs. In July 2025, one customer said Dan had installed two different fences for them. A March 2024 reviewer described a privacy-fence installation that stayed on time and on budget; an October 2023 customer praised the result of another privacy fence and said Dan explained the process and helped with style choices. Replacing an old wooden fence drew a detailed account in May 2023. The customer said Dan removed the broken fence and installed a similar new one, communicated throughout, and kept his word about appointments, calls, and installation timing. They were pleased with the finished fence and said neighbors had also complimented the work. An April 2023 reviewer separately praised his keeping commitments and charging a fair price. Repairs also feature in the older accounts. In April 2024, a customer thanked Dan for repairing a fence without pushing them to do more than they wanted. A December 2021 reviewer described repairs after a downed tree damaged a fence installed in 2018, along with the addition of two panels. They praised the timely completion, result, and price. A November 2024 customer also praised attention to detail on a project in Manomet.
