Paver driveways, patios and retaining walls feature in customer accounts of RS Construction and Landscaping's work. The Framingham business has a 4.8-star Google average from 16 ratings and a 5.0-star HomeAdvisor average from 30 ratings, though one Google customer updated an initially positive review with a complaint about problems after installation. A June 2026 Google customer described replacing a broken driveway with a cobblestone border and pavers, crediting Rubens Martin with leading the team and finishing in three long days. Another June customer said a 24-by-28-foot patio was completed in three days after an earlier-than-expected start; the quote fell between others they received. A May 2026 HomeAdvisor customer described a paver walk from the front door to the street, completed in one day. In a July 2025 Google review, a customer praised Ruben's design suggestions during a backyard makeover and the crew's attention to drainage behind retaining walls. They said Ruben worked on site as well as managing the crew. A September 2024 customer described turning a hill into a two-tier landing area with two retaining walls to expand the pool area, plus an enclosure around pool equipment. That customer praised communication and Ruben's availability for questions and changes. An October 2024 Google reviewer described replacing a concrete retaining wall, building a front walkway and platform, and replacing a driveway. They said another company performed the asphalt paving, with Ruben present to oversee it, and appreciated dealing with him throughout. In a July 2024 review, a customer said Rubens helped choose pavers before his crew replaced a brick walkway in eight hours. Older work included a concrete-block retaining wall with a fence on top, described by a HomeAdvisor customer in June 2020. The June 2026 Google update said several problems developed outside the customer's garage after installation and that RS was difficult to communicate with; the customer wrote that they now rated the company zero. Separately, an April 2024 Google reviewer reported a missed 11 a.m. appointment without notice and said they cancelled by email after waiting 42 minutes.
