Russo Painting

One customer, writing in November 2025, called about damage and had Joe Russo out to look the same day and a crew at the house at 8 AM the next morning. Russo Painting is a Saugus company doing residential interior and exterior painting, along with wallpaper, drywall, and cabinet and deck refinishing; its site gives Saugus, Raymond NH and Needham as the places it works. On Google the company averages 5 stars across 23 ratings, and Joe's name turns up in ten of the seventeen written reviews. A May 2026 customer had walls, trim and cabinets done and wrote that their old cabinets came out looking like new; a June 2026 review credits him with being responsive and a good communicator. In January 2025 a homeowner who had kitchen cabinets painted said scheduling was easy and that the owner came by before and after to check the result. Earlier accounts fill in the range of work: a January 2022 customer had a living room ceiling de-popcorned and then painted, another that same month had stairs, trim and three bedrooms done, and in October 2022 a homeowner hired Joe through their general contractor and worked through a color that looked wrong after one coat. Two reviewers, in 2024 and 2022, reached for nearly the same words — fast and neat — and the November 2025 customer added that the crew left the place spotless and priced the job reasonably. One thing to raise on the call: the website footer reads "est. 1987", while the BBB profile says the business has run since 8/1/2020 and grades it A+. Ask how long the company has painted under this name. For an interior repaint, cabinet work, or a ceiling that needs stripping first, this is a small crew customers describe arriving when they said they would — settle the colors and the prep in writing, and ask for a certificate of insurance before the first coat.
