Ryan Cassidy

Recessed lighting, new outlets, a ceiling fan, a breaker that keeps tripping — Ryan Cassidy is the Blackstone electrician people call for the house jobs other trades can't fit in. Google shows 5 stars from 50 ratings, and HomeAdvisor and Angi each show 5.0 from 11. His Massachusetts electrician license, #52581, is active, held in his own name. The company's website describes a Ryan Cassidy-operated, family-owned business offering residential and commercial wiring, lighting, panels, generators, EV chargers, troubleshooting and emergency service, and says he was introduced to electrical work through a family business at a young age. Its stated service area runs from Blackstone and Bellingham up through Franklin, Hopkinton, Dedham and Cambridge. What customers describe most is getting him out fast. An April 2026 review says he moved his schedule around to get them in; a November 2025 reviewer called about exterior lights and he came the same day and had them back on. In a June 2025 review, a customer whose air conditioning needed an electrical repair on a hot day said he came as soon as he could. The recent jobs are specific. A July 2026 review describes wiring a house for a generator plus outdoor fixtures, with several well-priced options, permits pulled and the site cleaned up. A May 2026 customer had him install a Tesla Wall Connector, handling the town permits and inspection, after earlier hiring him for ceiling fans and a TV mount. Others in 2026 describe TV brackets and a ceiling fan, a bedroom fan circuit, and a breaker problem diagnosed and resolved. Old houses come up often. A September 2025 couple who bought an old house had him add light fixtures, a bathroom fan and several new circuits, and called the price reasonable; a June 2025 review describes new lighting throughout a 135-year-old house; in a 2024 review, an interior designer with a 1930s Tudor said he explained what was critical to fix and what could wait, and later used him for professional projects too. Price comes up without complaint: "fairly priced," "fair and transparent pricing," and a June 2026 customer who said he did not try to oversell. Several reviews mention a crew — one from March 2025 names Ryan and Charlie working a complex situation together.
