Salem Construction

We used Salem for the complete renovation of our master bathroom. There were several things that stood out that make them exceptional. 1. The price quoted was fair and there were no surprise charges. 2. Pawel is incredibly easy to work with. He listens, is highly responsive, and very present for all aspects of work. Great communicator. 3. The crew is very professional. Everyone that entered our house was clean, polite, took pride in their work, and if adjustments needed to be made they did so without any fuss. 4. The output was outstanding. We worked with a designer and Salem delivered on our expectation. Where technical changes needed to be made, they had thoughtful solutions that worked well with the design. 5. Issues always come up during and after projects. Pawel always answered his phone, or text, and was highly accountable. We would recommend using Salem on any home project and look forward to using them again.

We recently hired Salem Construction for a full renovation of three bathrooms (including our primary) and a powder room, for our home in Darien, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. The quality of their work is simply outstanding—every tile line, fixture, and finish was executed to perfection. The bathrooms now look both elegant and timeless, and it’s clear that Salem Construction takes enormous pride in the standard of their workmanship. They worked hand in glove with our interior designer (who recommended them) and they clearly work very well together. What really stood out was their communication and project management. Throughout the renovation, Pawel kept us informed at every stage, clearly explaining timelines, progress, and any minor adjustments that needed to be made. They coordinated seamlessly with electricians, plumbers, cabinet builders, and other specialists—and ensured that everyone worked efficiently and cohesively toward the same goal. They also deserve full credit for completing the project on budget and within a very reasonable timeline, which is rare for a renovation of this scope. Any challenges that arose were handled quickly and professionally, with solutions that balanced both quality and cost considerations. Overall, Salem Construction exceeded our expectations in every way. The process was smooth, transparent, and well-organized, and the end result is a set of stunning bathrooms that we’ll enjoy for years to come. We recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone considering a renovation—they are truly top-tier professionals. We will be doing a full kitchen, laundry room and mud room renovation in a couple of years and will absolutely be going back to them.

Had pleasure working with Pawel on couple of projects in my house. Amazing communication, always on time and the job was done to the perfection. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough good things about this company! They had a super quick turnaround. The owner, Pawel, came to measure everything and showed us different options. A few days later, the installation team came to install. They were very professional, left zero mess, and installed everything perfectly in one afternoon. I had 5 bathrooms with more than 8 panels of glass, including a shower enclosure with door. My bathrooms look amazing now. Glass is cut to measure, it's sturdy and expertly installed. Best service and prices. It's one of the top vendors we worked with while building our home. I highly recommend them.
