New England Artisans Remodeling & Design Group, LLC

Amazing company. Committed to high quality, client service and design.

can’t say enough about New England Artisans LLC. They renovated my 1895 beach home in Norwalk, and the results are nothing short of incredible. From start to finish, their team was professional, attentive, and clearly committed to excellence. They respected the history and character of the home while updating it with thoughtful design, high-quality craftsmanship, and modern functionality. Every detail was executed beautifully, and the transformation has truly made my house an amazing place to live. What impressed me most was how seamlessly they blended old and new—the home feels fresh and updated, yet still retains its timeless charm. Communication was clear throughout the project, and the entire process felt organized and smooth. If you’re looking for a contractor who delivers exceptional work and truly cares about the outcome, I highly recommend New England Artisans. They exceeded my expectations in every way.

I had a really great experience with New England Artisans. They were reliable, easy to communicate with, and always made sure to understand what I wanted. The work came out exactly how I hoped, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. Definitely recommend.

My goodness! What a pleasure to write this endorsement for a group of hard working and knowledgeable builders. Jay and his men redid our master bath, fixed the kitchen backsplash and spruced up our mudroom. This involved tiling, cabinetry, electrical work and plumbing, all of which was done expertly by friendly, smiling and helpful people. Jay’s knowledge of what equipment and fixtures should be installed is excellent and his suggestions have been spot on. Months after completion, I’m still thanking him. I highly recommend knowing what you want to do and ordering the supplies promptly so it’s on hand when needed. Jay has very good sources and I found the tile company, the fixture store and the hardware store to be easy to work with and priced well. Everything has been completed and there is no punch list or regret about anything. We are completely happy with everything! Highly recommend!

We’ve worked with Eddie, Jay and team at New England Artisans for more than 10 years. They replaced our roof, replaced our windows and did a complete kitchen renovation. The quality of their work is exceptional, their rates are fair and they’re good people. I highly recommend them!
