We discovered that our heater was not kicking on and called Badger on a Sunday morning. They were out within a couple hours and took care of the situation immediately. They also came back the following day to replace the parts that needed to be replaced, serviced our heater, and it is now running better than ever.

Professional and Very knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone needing plumbing / Heating services. Job was done exceptionally fast too!

I used badgers plumbing about 6 years ago. They did not show the first time but did actually show up after a few phone messages left. Work was completed. Thought i would call and try again and use a local company. Badgers actually did the house plumbing when it was new prior to us buying the house. Thought they would want the business. This past Two weeks i made 4 different appointments and 4 no shows. No calls nothing.Im done with badgers. Poor communications and unprofessional. The last appointment I received a text from them confirming next day appointment. My husband stayed home again and waited for them. They never showed. I texted back to the female and she read my text but never replied. My husband wasted a total of 8 hours of his time waiting for them. Please beware they are not worth your hard earned money. 4 no shows and very little communication. I have to give 1 star in order to post. I wouldn't suggest working with Badger plumbing. We had some damage from them during their work on our renovation and it was a mess getting everything solved.

I had a frozen pipe and possible split from faulty heat tape, after calling a dozen other plumbers eddie from badger plumbing came out in very poor weather and thawed them out. He explained the work he was doing in great detail and what i needed to do to prevent the problem from returning. i would recommend them to anyone.
