SBP Builders, LLC

SBP Builders, LLC is a Littleton, New Hampshire builder whose newest review is a warning. In September 2026, a 1-star Google reviewer wrote "Extremely poor property management nothing but broken promises" and told readers not to trust what the company tells them. The company says it has been in business for 40 years and lists Franconia, Bethlehem, Sugar Hill and Littleton as its service area on its own site. Its HomeAdvisor and Angi profiles name Stanley as owner and operator and list custom home builds, kitchen, bathroom and basement remodels, wood flooring and garage builds among its services. On Google it holds 4.7 stars from 12 ratings, and 5.0 on both Angi and HomeAdvisor from five ratings each. The building jobs customers describe date from 2018 to 2025. In a June 2025 Google review, a customer wrote that the company completed an entire gut job on a 1920s home. A February 2022 Google reviewer called them carpenters and recommended "Stan Parker and his guys" for home and property management, and a March 2022 reviewer said they were quick to answer questions and got the work done in a timely manner. In January 2018, a reviewer who said they had spent over forty years in the construction industry praised their "conscientious and meticulous workmanship," and another 2018 reviewer said they did exterior and interior remodeling; both reviews appear on HomeAdvisor and Angi.
