Scenic Home Inspections was great. The appointment was easy to schedule the response was quick they called me right away we spoke on the phone about my home inspection and what I needed to do we set a date and time they showed up on time with their inspection equipment (including this really neat camera which could detect moisture and temperature) many pictures were taken using both a regular camera and their thermal camera. A full report was provided to me the next day (which happened to be on a Sunday) I was very impressed with the promptness of the service and the report and also with the report itself which was laid out very well with easy to digest information. All and all I would absolutely recommend them to new customers and will be using them again in the future.
Bob was great. As soon as you meet him and see the level of detail he goes into conducting each section of the inspection, it makes sense as to why so many 5 star reviews. He was very thorough, provided detailed documentation, and comes with great knowledge of mitigating procedures that could be taken to repair a deficiency. If I need another home inspection in New Hampshire, I'm calling Bob!
Bob did an inspection on a condo we are purchasing. We needed someone on short notice and he stepped up and helped us out. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like he had our best interest in mind the entire time. The next time we need an inspector, we will definitely be calling Bob!
Bob was fantastic. He came out to inspect the house and quickly identified several areas we should keep an eye on. He was extremely professional and even brought along Tessy (his Golden Retriever) to test out the property—making sure there was plenty of room for proper tennis ball play! He was also very accommodating with our schedule and had the full report to us that same evening. Highly recommend!
